Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all seven Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

  • Note: Deliveries to specific "Remote Areas" (e.g., Al Ruwais, Liwa, or deep Western Region) may be subject to a different schedule or additional fee.

2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your sauces to you as fresh as possible:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

  • Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Days: We deliver Sunday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: AED 15 - 25 (depending on location).

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above AED 150.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional fee of AED 5 may apply for COD orders to cover courier processing costs.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email with a tracking link from our courier partner. Please ensure your mobile number and Address/Makani number are correct to avoid delays.

5. Receiving Your Shipment

Since our products are food items:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • Our courier will make up to two attempts to deliver. If the delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to our facility, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

6. Temperature Control & Storage

While our sauces are shelf-stable, we recommend moving them to a cool, dry place (or the refrigerator after opening) immediately upon receipt to maintain the highest quality.
