1. General Conditions

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging or sauce color (due to natural ingredients) may occur.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • VAT: Prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE federal law, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via authorized credit/debit cards and other payment gateways as displayed on our site. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Territory: We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier schedules.

  • Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Mama Amina Sauce is not responsible for the spoilage of products if the delivery is delayed due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product has been delivered in good condition.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is with our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Health and Safety

Our sauces are prepared following UAE food safety standards. It is the consumer's responsibility to check the ingredient list on the label for potential allergens. Mama Amina Sauce is not liable for allergic reactions if the ingredients were clearly disclosed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, recipes, and images, is the exclusive property of Mama Amina Sauce. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our brand without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Mama Amina Sauce shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the items.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
