Return & Refund Policy
1. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, Mama Amina Sauce does not accept returns. Once a food product has left our facility and the delivery is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of our sauces and the security of our packaging. However, if your order arrives in one of the following conditions, we will make it right:

The glass bottle is broken or leaking upon arrival.

The safety seal is broken at the time of delivery.

You received the wrong item/flavor.
To report an issue:

You must provide a clear photo of the damaged item and the delivery note.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved according to the conditions above:

Replacement: We will ship a replacement bottle to you at no additional cost.

Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card). Please note that banks may take 7–14 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
4. Cancelled Orders
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partner, we can no longer cancel or refund the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Orders where the recipient was unavailable to receive the delivery.

Personal taste preferences (unless the product is spoiled).
